I had the pleasure of working with Rosie in 2016-2017 whilst undertaking a 159 bed new build student accommodation in Leicester. Rosie supplied myself (Create) with labour, this would be general operatives and skilled trades. The dedication she showed was exceptional and the time and effort taken in ensuring we had the right people was commendable. A lot of the labour required was used out of normal working hours to accommodate the tight programme and dead line. She was always available and dealt with any issues promptly and efficiently. Other trades took note of her qualities and took advantage of her knowledge and skills to provide them with any shortfall in labour. I found Rosie professional, polite and a pleasure to deal with
