Rosie Edwards
CRS’s Head of Talent & People, Rosie, has 11 years’ experience and is Level 5 CIPD qualified. Recruiting for senior, management, and entry level hires. As you can imagine, she knows who’s who in the construction industry (both good and bad!), clients and candidates alike!
At CRS we partner with our clients and immerse ourselves into their business. Heading up talent strategies, working closely with the HR teams to ensure delivery of the broader people agenda and that key People metrics are met in line with organisational strategy.
We rarely have to advertise to fill positions as 95% of all placements and temporary workers are known to CRS. Solid working relationships and loyalty are the foundations to our business model.
